FAQ´s

1. What time is check out?

You must leave the bedroom by 10:00 am, but you can stay in the hostel longer until 22.00.

2. And check in?

It´s at 12:00 am. We need some time to clean and make the beds.

3. Can I use the kitchen?

Of course, but it´s open from 7:30 am - 11:00 pm.

4. Can I have a shower at any time?

Only between 7:30 am and 11:00 pm. The hostel is very small and using the kitchen and showers after midnight might bother the people who are sleeping.

5. Can I leave my luggage in the hostel for some hours?

Of course, we will keep it for free until 22.00 at night.

6. Can I make a reservation without credit or debit card?

No, sorry, it´s the only way to do it.

7. What do I have to do to cancel my reservation?

Call us or send us an e-mail 24 hours before minimum. Otherwise, we will charge the first night of your stay.

8. What does breakfast include?

You can have some coffee, chocolate, milk or tea and muffins, a bun with butter and jam and orange juice.

9. Is there a public phone?

There will in some weeks.

10. Is there a curfew?

NO.

11. Are the rooms mixed?

Yes, all of them are.

12. Is there a vending machine

No, but there are several supermarkets around, some of them open until late.
